Millionaires Shortbread Cookie

Dueling Grandmas famous shortbread topped with homemade caramel (of course it’s homemade, it’s from Dueling Grandmas) then topped with a layer of decadent chocolate.  Shortbread, caramel and chocolate are a trio sent from heaven! You cannot eat these without smiling. You may feel bad before you eat them, you may feel bad after you eat them, but you will never feel bad while you’re eating them.
